This NVS parameter adjusts the position of the float bar relative to the top of
the plate stack. After the float bar platestop is extended, the float bar is
lowered to the top of the plate stack to hold the plate stack. Increasing this
NVS parameter will raise the float bar relative to the top of the plate stack.
This parameter became obsolete in version 1.29.15 of the 5981 project.
